Township Shred Day

Our Third Annual Shred Day allowed residents from the area a chance to securely destroy personal documents and papers. Done in partnership with the county, there is no charge for the service.

Rotary Club Gala at USGA

Many thanks to the Rotary Club for inviting us to their annual fundraiser. The Rotarians are members of the business community that engage in charitable works and public service.

The USGA Golf Museum is a beautiful spot in Bernards Township and is open to the public.

GOP Fund Raiser, October 10th

Oom pah pah!

Wednesday, October 10th. The Bernards RMC is hosting an Octoberfest from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Grain House Restaurant in Basking Ridge.

The German themed buffet will include sauerbraten with natural gravy; braised red cabbage with apples and onions; baked spaetzle with gruyere cheese; beer braised bratwurst with sauerkraut; warm pretzels with german mustard; and apple strudel with cranberries and walnuts for dessert.

They will be in the Fox and Hounds room that can accommodate a large crowd and has a side room for the fully stocked, cash bar where they will serve seasonal beers and drink specials.

If you are paid by October 4th, it is just $55 per person or $100 for a couple, increasing to $60 a person after this date. Congressman Leonard Lance, Senator Tom Kean, Jr, Asm Jon Bramnick, Asw Nancy Munoz, Freeholders Patrick Scaglione and Mark Caliguire and our own Township Committeemen Carolyn Gaziano and John Malay are expected to come. Senator Joe Kyrillos has also been invited.
